When should I place my order?

All of our cakes are custom made and our availability to accommodate orders varies each week.  For wedding orders, most couples book our services 4 to 8 months prior to their wedding.  We take a limited number of weddings per day to ensure the finest quality and suggest booking early to avoid disappointments.  For any other orders, we require at least 2 weeks notice.  While we can sometimes accommodate orders on short notice, we suggest that you order early.

What do you require to place an order?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your date.  The balance will be due two weeks prior to your wedding or event.  If payment is not paid in full by this time, your order may be canceled.

What is your cancellation policy? 

There are no changes or cancellations allowed within 72 hours of any cake order. Any changes may result in an additional fee.  Any cancellation will result in loss of the 50% non-refundable deposit.  We are aware that life is unpredictable, and in the case of an extenuating circumstance please call us and we will do our best to accommodate!

How much are your cakes?

All of our cakes are custom designed and prices vary depending on size and complexity of the design.  Please contact us for a price quote.

Will you deliver? 

Yes, delivery is available at additional fee. Please inquire with your event location for a delivery quote.  If you choose to pick up and transport your own cake, please note that we are not responsible for any damages or mishaps to the cake once it has left the premises.

We accept cash, checks, paypal, and all major credit cards.
